Lovely little studio, clean with comfortable bed, own kitchen and bathroom facilities. Clever use of a small space! I'm not a fan of hotels offering breakfast in a dining room full of people, so was just right for me, at a budget friendly price. Really clear communication re. directions and key safe access to property. Owners quick to respond to any queries via booking.com message platform. About 20 mins drive from the NEC in a quiet neighbourhood. Considerate hosts - the studio is adjacent to the family home and very little noise at all. Owners have thought of everything you could need during a short stay- including toiletries, hairdryer, kitchen equipment, reading light, Netflix tv, garden access and lots more. I would happily stay again.

The studio is small - think the bed is a small double? It was perfect for me as a solo traveller, but some people may find it a little too compact. There is some traffic noise from nearby major roads, especially at peak times.

Good facilities overall and a decent location with parking.

Some of the fittings need some attention. The shower was not very powerful.

Close to where we wanted to be , the place was spotless also it had all the amenities we needed , comfy bed , kitchen facilities, lots of nice touches excellent value for money , we will definitely use again
