Studio 49 home from home

Very compact but the owners have thought about pretty much everything. I didn't use the hob or oven on my three night stay but the microwave and fridge made this a better proposition than a hotel room for me. The bed was soooo comfortable :)

There wasn't much I would change, maybe swap out the bar stool in the bedroom for a more comfortable easy chair for when you want to relax but are not ready to go to bed yet.

There was everything I needed and the little touches like the eggs in the fridge were really kind. It was perfect for a few nights and I would definitely stay again. The whole place was spotless. Checking in was really easy and having a completely separate entrance was great.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have locks on the inside of the interconnecting doors. Having the option to lock these doors from the inside would offer added privacy and peace of mind.

Great wee place to stay, great instructions and host contactable if required. Ideal for me passing by in the car, only stayed the 1 night. 22mins from NEC, and more facilities than you get at hotels.

Nothing to note as a solo traveller.

Modern and modern property in and safe/secure location. Perfect bolt hole for short trips or those who don’t want to live in the space. Welcoming host too. Coffee and tea facilities great along with well stocked kitchen. Keep nice and clean with some nice extra touches of handwash, lotion, shower gel etc available

Some of the fixtures and fittings were not secure, door handles, shower holder and shelf - general majntenance but all useable

Just very comfortable

Clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you would require. Pauline the host was very helpful and free parking on the driveway. Would definitely stay again.
