Studio 49 home from home

Host was super communicative and accommodating. The room had lots of lovely touches to make us feel at home, eggs in the fridge and cereal to get us started. Absolutely spotless property and felt really private despite being attached to the main house. Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend!

Good location. Very good facilities and heaters made it warm. The bed was comfortable and the bedside light very useful. Tea and coffee plus biscuits very nice.

One of the ceiling lights had gone and the wifi was a bit unreliable. It was hard to get the right temperature for the shower.

I loved how wonderful my host was and how it was just right for my needs, which were basic. The parking was very handy and the bed was so comfortable I often didn't want to get up for work. I loved it's cleanliness and it really did feel like a home from home!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Thoughtful amenities, responsive host, and quiet surroundings made our three-night stay relaxing and enjoyable. Would happily return and highly recommend to others.

Pauline has an amazing taste in home decor. She also clearly knew what a traveller could be looking for on their stay. All instructions regarding check-in, check-out, use of wi-fi, shower and induction hob etc was clearly given via messages or beautifully framed in the room. And if that was not enough, she made an extra effort to check in every now and then if we needed anything. She even left some microwaveable food and breakfast stuff in the fridge to help us settle, which was extremely thoughtful as we were a complete mess after so much travelling. It's tiring enough to have to travel so much, especially with heavy suitcases, so to have such clear instructions alongside some snacks provided truly relieved us of any extra stress we would have otherwise dealt with. She even showed us tourist attractions in the Birmingham such as Star City etc. Thank you for such a pleasant introduction to Birmingham.

I would say the question is not applicable. I felt completely pampered by having a luxury of using so many amenities at such affordable price. I had a memorable week long stay at her place. Also it is exactly as you see in pictures.

The accommodation was clean and tidy: Tea and coffee and milk supplied . It was warm and had everything we needed for one nights stay.

The shower was difficult to use, wry tricky to get the temperature correct.

It was a lovely, clean, homely place. The owner kept in touch to check we were ok. The location was ideal, just far enough out from the hustle and bustle.
