good location, tea/coffee and snacks available

very compact, only narrow area to sit. only netflix available on tv, but kept dropping out. no space around bed.

Everything was impeccably clean and organized, which made all the difference in the experience. The service was exceptional; the hospitality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

Lovely little place to stay overnight. Very quiet and felt secure to get enough sleep for both of us( mother and a daughter). Parking on the driveway within the property is a big bonus. Not related to the property but there were some cute cats in their neighborhood, which made us extra happy as we are serious cat lovers 😺 Thank you.

It was a very cold night however we appreciated that the owner had tried her best to keep us warm by leaving electric heater.

Good Heating, would be terrible without Host welcoming and available

Water Shower is either freezing cold or boiling we couldn’t shower at all…. Smell of humidity in the rooms Bed is too narrow for two people The rooms look much bigger in the picture so not much space available for two people

I was so happy to spend 8 days in this pleasant, spacious, and cozy space. The neighborhood is safe and public transport is incredibly convenient, so it was very easy to get to the city centre. The place was fully equipped with everything I needed, and I really appreciated the host checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you for making my trip to Birmingham such a wonderful memory. I would definitely love to stay here again if I come back!
