There was another guest in my suite! Property manager double booked and I was not able to enter. Several Booking.com representatives attempted to reach out to property manager and he did not answer.

Assolutamente nulla.

Assistenza inesistente, li ho chiamati più volte non mi hanno mai risposto. Stanza sporchissima, mobili fatiscenti, scarafaggi e topi in camera! La password del wifi ci è stata consegnata il terzo giorno che era in stanza. Qui si è praticamente soli, di notte in cortile entrano estranei ubriachi a gridare e cantare Noi ci siamo chiuse in camera per la nostra sicurezza. Vergognoso!

The property was not bad at all. The only bad thing was the neighborhood. Regardless of the neighborhood I was able to sleep good, comfortable, and with the amazing sound of the Coqui ♥️ The price is affordable and the owner replies immediately.

The sofa, dishes, and floor were very dirty but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

once we figured out how to process payment ( i admit that I am not super proficient with the venmo's , etc. of the world so it took a while to finally process payment), once completed, it was quite easy to get the codes for the key. Go figure.

I enjoyed the place, very close to many services. However, it is very noisy and can't sleep overnight cause when the neighbors open theirs doors, it seems like it is mine that they are opening. Birds sing all the night as you are staying in the zoo. The neighborhood is also very noisy, some houses close to the Airbnb play music loudly all the day. There's not security at all. This place is good for those travelling in group. If you are staying alone in San Juan, don't go to this Airbnb.
