I have some pros and cons about this place. Pros: It was VERY clean. The host's communication is great—he responds when you need him. The room is comfortable and has its own kitchen and bathroom. The fridge and microwave work well. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower temperature worked perfectly.

Cons: It’s in a sketchy neighborhood, so just be cautious. The description says it has private parking, but you actually have to park outside on the road. It’s close to the airport, so you’ll hear airplanes frequently. I stayed one night and heard around 15 of them—they can get pretty loud. The neighborhood is very noisy, with dogs barking, cats and roosters making a lot of noise throughout the night. Neighbors can also be loud with music and talking/yelling. Overall, the place is great in terms of cleanliness and host communication, but the area isn’t the best, and sleeping was nearly impossible.

The location of the current suites is in the heart of a residential area. The area itself looks safe and I have no complaints about it. The room is clean and appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, microwave, and gas cooktop. The price for this apartment was unbeatable.

Please take into consideration that this is not a hotel; it's more like an AirBnB-style apartment. One house is split into several independent rooms (with separate entrances). The process to get in was quite complicated. I was lucky enough to have a local SIM to call the owner, but I can't imagine how difficult it would be without one as all communication was done over the phone and SMS. I would not recommend this room if you need a quiet environment to sleep well. The room has no sound insulation; you can hear not only planes flying overhead but also roosters, the hum of some electrical equipment, and your neighbor walking in slippers.
