Perfect suite #6

There was no water,eiectricity and the room was very cold.No be queit!

We were looking for an inexpensive, no-frills place to stay for one night due to a late arriving flight and as such this definitely fit the bill. The owner answered their phone quickly when contacted. Air con was available and worked well. Shower was hot and water pressure was OK.

1) The instructions for check-in weren't clear as in we had to phone the owner to find out how to get into the property/building and how to get the key to the unit. 2) There was no parking lot as the listing states but rather we were told to park on the street. 3) We never met the owner in person, but were asked to pay cash or via Zelle. We didn't have exact change and no change was offered by the person who was sent to collect the money so be aware if you are paying in cash (thankfully it was only 11 cents difference but I'm not sure what would have happened if we hadn't had this close of an amount). 4) There was a bag and a dirty mug left in the fridge with liquid inside that looked like it had been there some time which concerned me regarding general cleanliness overall. 5) Despite booking for two adults and a child, no additional bedding for the sofa bed or towels were left for us to us. We were told to look for additional sheets and towel in a cupboard in the courtyard of the apartment block. The only extra towel in this cupboard was stained though it seemed to be otherwise clean. 6) Be aware there are roosters nearby who are very noisy and cockroaches were seen in the unit (this is part of the island and not something I would normally care about but on top of everything else, I feel I have to mention esp if anyone is noise sensitive you will want earplugs).

There is another location with the same address. The Uber driver was nice enough to help me locate the location that was the correct one. Coming from out of town, I am grateful a local driver was available to help me.

The room was very organized

Host and his wife was great. I texted the host asking if I could only drop off my bags around 11am that day although check in was for 3pm. Not only did the host and his wife woke up out their bed for my family and I they also let us stay in the apartment before check in. The payment was done right on the spot and we had the key to suite in 5 mins or less. They were great and good hearted for that!!!

Everyone from P.R. said the area of San Juan was not safe at all The apartment was gated and cameras are on the property so we was ok for just that day

Love the assistance and caring nature of the female host.

More attention to detail needed in the room. For example placing small shower gel and shower mat in bathroom. Or a bottle of water in refrigerator
