Hazelmere House

Lovely big house, with plenty of room for all the family. Everything is there for use, like home from home.

Some of the doors did not lock with the keys we had for property.

Location. Nice decor. Plenty of space. Very happy feel to the place.

Double glaze doors are nearly all very hard to close as they seem to have dropped. One external door could not be locked and looked to be fixed with wire to raise it up a little? We felt we had to wash all the cutlery before we could use it. Clothes horse was broken. We didn't understand what to do with recyclables. Last year we were to leave them in the garage ? There is a water leak onto the floor in the downstairs shower room - looked to come from behind the sink/WC. We had to leave 09.00 and felt this was a bit early.

Great property, lovely location!

Nothing to dislike (only very slight issues was the bbq was not clean on arrival but did not impact our stay as weather didn’t allow to use as we had planned)

would have liked to have been able to get into the house earlier than 4pm and to have to vacate at 9am I felt was a little early. 10.30am would be more manageable

A beautiful house in a fabulous location with views down the valley to the beach. Very little road noise despite being on the main road into Woolacombe. The patio area and terrace off the main bedroom were very well positioned with the sun on them all day. A welcoming bottle of prosecco in the fridge in arrival, a lovely touch.

A few minor fixes needed - a switch on the oven, a broken bannister, the french doors are out of alignment so needed some force to shut & lock them, broken parasol. A few more towels would of been ideal. Only minor things which did not detract from the overall luxury of the house & surroundings.

Step from door to patio area requires demarcation, as it caused falls.

Excellent place, cleanliness, communication and facilities.
