Garage Constant hot water View- but currently and sadly obscured by scaffolding on house next door Range of cooking utensils in kitchen

Several issues have been raised over 2 years and management company show no interest or ability to respond despite a number of phone calls! They really let the house down . For those 2 reasons the house is not 5 star , more 3.5. The issues are; - Patio main door - sticks and difficult to open - Shower over flows in main bedroom - No balcony furniture - reported twice and no response -,2 broken airers so unable to dry some baby clothes. Reported twice with no response. - Back door mat. Disintegrated. How hard is it to replace? - House information- only discovered in top bedroom under a bed on the last day! Resulting in an hours search for the heating controls/boiler and WFI! -Boiling tap loose - dangerous Cold in night - extra blankets would be welcome Banana found in wardrobe on arrival! All this doesn’t make the property 5 star !

Amazing property with beautiful views. Very comfortable with everything you need.

The steep drive was a surprise. Take it easy.

Good location , not too far from the beach. Large and spacious prope rty with views of the sea.

Overall cleanliness of the property was very poor. Kitchen tops were sticky, sofa was old and worn and covered in dog hairs so we didnt want to sit on it. Towels provided were brown stained and unusable (we had never witnessed towels like this before)! We had to go out and buy our own. Bed linen was also stained and ripped in places! We didnt even want to sleep in the beds. When we contacted the property on the above points, we received a rude email back. They didn't seem to take anything we said onboard or appeared apologetic at all. We definitely wouldn't return despite the close proximity to Woolacombe.

It’s was an amazing property with stunning views, spacious for our family and perfectly equipped!

The interior is looking tired now and needs some tlc. A bedside table was damaged.

The property wasn’t that clean. The blinds couldn’t be pulled as there old and not up to health and safety. The worktops in the kitchen were dirty. The sofa needs replacing. There was 1 bedside table were the top was broken and a hazard to a small child.
