The view the layout etc and gardens it was nice to be able to use facilities at Woolacombe park on a rainy day

Plumbing was rather noisy other than that no compaints😊

Very noisy water pipes when the hot water taps were used. One of the upstairs showers leaked in the lounge There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. Drive was was very tight and steep.

Lovely clean comfortable and spacious house - great views of coast and countryside .

A sun umbrella that didn't work properly - pole didn't fit the base. Noisy plumbing. Garden that could be dangerous for young children - very steep unfenced slopes.

Location was fantastic. Views were amazing house was lovely.

Hand towels there weren't any

Great location and house itself is beautiful, especially the sun room and terrace. The woolly club membership was great, and the kids loved being able to go swimming there daily.

The directions to the house need updating as it refers to the Fortescue Hotel as a landmark, which is being renovated, and we only spotted the name behind the scaffolding on the second drive-by. The house needs some TLC eg the front inside door doesn't close unless locked and the mirror in the main bedroom wasn't affixed to the bureau very firmly..

Open, spacious kitchen area, two sitting rooms. Bedrooms were good size and comfortable. Pet friendly

Beautiful views from the house, lovely Large kitchen / living room. Quiet location Stair gate to stop dogs from going upstairs. Very spacious, ample parking, you have to drive down and round the house. The master bedroom is lovely with a massive en-suite and walk in wardrobe

Plumbing needs looking at as it was very loud when using hot water. Also water came through the ceiling at one point. We did report and someone came out quickly, however explained they needed to call a plumber. This then stopped us from using the upstairs showers

This place was perfect. Comfy and clean and a home from home. We loved it

Nothing. We loved everything

We enjoyed the space, facilities and kitchen, lounge and balcony in particular. There is plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Views of Lundy Island in the evening were lovely. Felt like home from home and really relaxing. Great that you can take dogs too. The property is not overlooked and private. The main bathroom was well equipped and the large bath was a treat. We would definitely stay again. The location is fairly close to Woolacombe - you can walk but can be a steep walk back. Not a problem for us but maybe for some. Close drive into Woolacombe centre. We relaxed as soon as we arrived.

Could do with some outside lights by back door and garage. The pipes vibrate a bit and there were a couple of blinds that need sorting on the door and kitchen.
