"Great location for a short stay, breakfast and parking were an added bonus."

Lovely location by the canal and friendly staff. Nice bar with seating along the canal. Buffet style breakfast included was a bonus and on site parking (£12 charge per day) was useful.

Rooms a little tired including bathroom but comfortable for a short stay.

Went to the swimmimg pool and sauna which was good. Had a bar meal which was good but breakfast was great. Would go back again if in Chester

The location of the Hotel in Chester is perfect. 15-20 minutes walk from train station and 10 mins from town centre. Room's are lovely, recommend a suite with Balcony!!! Breakfast is wonderful cooked very well. Car parking across from Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👌 👍

The bar and restaurant areas were fantastic so we're the pool and sauna. Staff were very frendly.

The room far too expensive for the quality of the room. 1. The bed i requested a double bed... The room had a double bed and a single... The single didn't bother me. However the "double" bed was actually 2 single beds put together very uncomfortable how poor is that. 2. The room needs a new carpet it was filthy massive stain on the floor next to the tea and coffee. 3.The tv in the room ist even central to the room so you are waching a tv in the corner of the room. Despite having good WiFi. You haven't got modern tv facilities no YouTube or stream service. I understand that you dont go to a hotel to wach tv. But we all relax in different ways and at the end of a night thays what should be an option. Especially for the price of a room . Would have got better quality room at a Premier in. I would never return to this "hotel"
