Really a lovely place to stay. Room was very spacious and we had a great breakfast selection every day

Whilst the gym is well equipped it would be nice to have some more leg machines

"The hotel was poorly resourced"

The staff are friendly and usually I have a better experience than my most recent stay. They have a very nice pool and spa area.

There is no air conditioning so it gets rather hot, but more importantly they seem poorly resourced. My room had old towels and gowns left in the room and when I tried to call to get this addressed I could not get through to anyone. I also could therefore not get any room service either.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful . I will definitely come back.

I think I might have left my hearing aids phone charger behind I have telephone twice and we're told they would ring me back but I haven't heard anything I would just like a phone call to say sorry we can't find your charger
