The staff were helpful and courteous and, generally the facilities are very good.

No air conditioning and rather expensive.

We did come across a Rat when walking around their lake, however this was at night and next the lakes drainage so it is to be expected.

Good size rooms, excellent breakfast with buffet and things to order from the menu. Swimming pool and spa were very nice. Location is good with the hotel sitting in parkland on the edge of St Peter port. Easy parking.

Outdoor balcony furniture never cleaned, separation barriers between rooms rusty. Hotel worn in places. Place clearly understaffed.
