The view was amazing, a comfy chair on the balcony, good toiletries, great location.

Bring ear plugs for the wind. Did seem to have a data breach before arrival.

The only problem was the stairs. There is no elevator, we had to carry luggage to the fifth floor

L’emplacement formidable même si les 5 étages sans ascenseur étaient un peu fatiguant, l’effort est récompensé à l’arrivée par une vue splendide sur les toits de Côme et le duomo !

Nous sommes arrivés quelques jours après la pluie et le balcon qui ne présente pas d’évacuation est resté rempli d’eau pendant les 2 premiers jours de notre séjour. Nous avons juste pu en profiter le dernier jour, ce que nous avons regretté.

Sono stata aiutata dallo staff perche mi sono trovata in una enorme difficoltà, ero troppo carica con valiggi pesanti e non potevo portarli a 5 piano,così mi hanno cambiato appartamento e mi sono spostata.In chek aut un collaboratore della struttura mi ha portato bagaglio fino a la entrata della strada,grazie infinite.Apartamento bellissimo accogliente ben arredato.Prezzo accettabile

The property has beautiful panoramic views, arguably some of the best in Como. Spending time on the balcony was always something to look forward to - really something special. The decor and cleanliness is modern and well-finished and the ‘feel’ of the apartment was really pleasant. The 100 steps up to the property are fine if you’re fit and well.

You really do compromise on basic comfort to enjoy the views - the other reviews regarding the sofa ‘bed’ are genuine, we thought they may have been a tad embellished but it legitimately was unacceptably uncomfortable and not adequate. We are both fit and well but woke up multiple times an hour because we had ‘dead hips’. There isn’t a mattress, it’s just the sofa cushions extended - however - they’re not soft and you can feel the wooden planks really badly. We were only provided with a sheet for the bottom and a sheet for a duvet and no pillows, we had to use the ones which were decorative and not a bed pillow. It was odd as typical pillow-style covers were provided but no pillows. While we completely understand that a top sheet is often used or favoured in various countries, rather than a duvet, it was ten degrees at night. When we contacted the property to enquire whether there were blankets or duvets stored, we were instead provided with instructions regarding how to operate the heating. The Aircon is extremely noisy to use and added to the general discomfort of trying to sleep and the heating itself was very powerful. Not a lot of people want to be sleeping in synthetic heat and it would be much more efficient for the environment and general comfort to simply provide blankets for the colder months. While the apartment was beautiful, it is genuine to say that even hostels provide more adequate provisions to sleep - even if you were to disregard the painfully uncomfortable bed, pillows and blankets are a basic necessity.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren Toll

Sie liegt im oberen Stock, 100 Stufen ohne Aufzug und mitten in der Altstadt. Das muss man bei An- und Abreise berücksichtigen

Zona céntrica pero tranquila.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Schöne Terasse mit toller Aussicht. Ruhiges geräumiges Studio. Spätanreise kein Problem

Es gibt kein richtiges Bett, sondern eine Ausziehcouch. Schlaf Komfort nicht perfekt.

The view was beautiful. The property was clean and lake Como is beautiful.

The listing was misleading regarding having a bed, it was a couch. I wouldn’t call it a sofa bed as there’s no mattress, you sleep directly on the sofa cushions. The property had no instructions on how to set this up and we had to make the bed ourselves which I’ve never experienced anywhere I’ve stayed. The first night we had no pillows and had to use sofa cushions, the property did not explain they had put the pillows away from the rest of the bedding in the sofa bed itself. The property did not apologise for this. The air con unit does not work and does not call the room down. I explained this to the host and their response was that it’s hot in Europe. If you want a good nights sleep I would avoid as we had 3 nights of bad sleep and we are young!
