Great Location for activities with the family and close to the beach

The house has such a good footprint but it's in such a poor state of maintenance. Issues in every room. Screws used for door latches. Back door needs to be pushed and lifted just to lock it. Can't access driveway with any medium sized car or above. No smoke detector upstairs Lots of ants on dining table and by patio doors. Sofas stained and no support in cushions. Wee stains on the wall of downstairs toilet. Sensor lights in bathrooms so they go off while you're using the loo at night. Water stains on ceilings. Burn marks on carpets Blown window in bedroom. Blind not working in front room. Carpets and floors disgusting as both mine and my sons feet were black after taking our socks off for an hour and walking round bare foot. Stains on carpets through house. Blood stain on one of the bed sheets. Large cracks in walls. Screws hanging out at floor level where my toddler son got hold of it. Garden chairs both damaged and unusable.

A lovely spacious home, very clean and had everything needed for a stay away from home.

Lovely clean house everyone said the beds were comfy. It had everything we needed perfect for a short break to celebrate a birthday. Would come again maybe be stay longer next time . It was in the perfect location for us.

Excellent location to Bournemouth and surrounding beaches. Lovely area, and close to local shops. We contacted the agency with a problem which they fixed the next day. The house offers plenty of room and was clean

The property is tired, the décor is not shown truly on the website. There was no lock on the bathroom door. The heating thermostat is situated upstairs in the hallway making downstairs cold and the bedrooms like a sauna. The garden needed cleaning up, weeds growing around the patio and the garden furniture old dirty and full of spiders.

Our stay was a short one to visit family, it is in a good location walking distance to Southbourne with some lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Would book again.
