*large spacious house, but could do with some tlc. (Big hole in the wall and floor, old broken accessories left screw into the wall) *nice spacious garden, but could do with some tlc ( lots of weeds) *master bedroom bed was very comfortable *nice location beautiful beaches (Boscombe beach is a 10min walk) *Tesco, Sainsbury's and co op is 5min walk *very nice moroccan restaurant and bar at the end of the road, great choice of food and drinks, also do a lovely sunday roast (MAKLA) *good showers *cozy and warm, good heating system *large dining room table

*No lock on upstairs bathroom door *front door latch is a tricky *the boiler is in one of the bedrooms *house smells a little odd/stale *terrible wifi signal *I requested late checkout as the weather was not great and was ignored so we ended up leaving at 10am instead of 12pm *alot of rules and regulations plus an additional £250 deposit on top of the price

-lI would like to highlight that our stay was not at all comfortable with my elderly parents and 10 year old. Reasons being, bunch of issues as follows: 1. Hot water missing on 18 Aug 2. ⁠No kitchen towels 3. ⁠radiator keeps turning on 4. gate is super tough to open - it is insane that we wasted 10-15 mins everyone. You could see it on your camera 5. ⁠Sensors in the top floor bathroom don’t work. How do you expect anyone to use it during night? 6. ⁠Entire property needs a good amount of repair from beds (not comfortable and make creaky noise, check out single beds in middle room for example) to walls ( O sent you the pictures). Bed sheets were stinky etc etc. Very bad experience and we will reflect it in our reviews with factual information. Waste of money, especially after paying £600 - massively disappointing. We should be given a refund!

The location is great.

The door is hard to unlock. And the bedrooms got some smells.

The property is spacious, and has a decent sized garden. The neighbours are exceptionally friendly too!

This property reminded me of houses I lived in as a student - grubby, fitted out with cheap (and uncomfortable!) furniture and completely lacking in love from the owners. While the house is a decent size and could be beautiful, it clearly isn’t being maintained. The lights in both bathrooms flicker on and off at random, leaving you in the dark mid-bowel movement. Theres no lock in the upstairs bathroom either. The furniture is cheap, and well worn. The mattress in the master bedroom is a back-breaker offering zero support, and the sofas are in a similarly dire state. The curtains in the twin room are transparent, and don’t cover the whole window, so expect an early wake up on a sunny day. There’s a fist-sized hole in the wall of the twin room too. And the boiler in the back bedroom rumbles on 24/7, lighting up the room in the night and leaving one of our guests thinking there were fireworks. The kitchen is decent enough, but there’s no dishwasher. But worst of all, the house was not very clean. The bed linen had a musty smell, and was covered in hairs, and the towels smelt stale too. The carpets clearly hadn’t been hoovered properly in some time, and the bathrooms were only cleaned at a surface level.

The location was great, quiet spot with parking. Host replied quickly to queries. Plenty of space.

It’s quite shabby and needs some TLC… hole in a wall, fag button lounge carpet, skirting boards warped and need replacing etc. just a bit tired. The garden really needs some work.. it felt like a student garden.. hosepipe strewn across the patio.. Astro turf, no plants, pub table shoved in a corner. Just needs some simple things done to make it look nicer. A group of chairs and a nice table, positioned in the middle would help and a couple of potted trees or plants. It’s a great spot so a shame.
