The giant hole in the bathroom ceiling. I could see up into the roof space.

not given clear information as I had a big bag and had to take my suitcase upstairs which was pretty hard. I had asked for some requests but got no reply back. won't book it again.

Quiet area and comfortable bed. Kitchen area, although a shared space, was well equipped. Complimentary drinks.

Property is up three flights of stairs. Boiler not working properly, sometimes no hot water or heating. Small fridge in room but wasn’t cold. Ceiling in bathroom not complete, can see into loft space. Property is called Castle View, but the castle isn’t visible from inside, only from the street.

The room was gorgeous and had more than I needed. Very good location for what I was doing in Edinburgh. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend booking here if you don't mind walking up and down staircases.

I don't have any mobility issues, but unfortunately this flat won't be good for people who have problems with mobility.

The entire place looked and felt like we had walked into a crack den. Stayed only long enough to find alternative accommodation

The hallway looked like something out of a horror movie. There was 4 flights of death stairs to get to the individual room in a pokey grubby flat. The room itself was dated and dirty with a bed that was almost on the floor. The bathroom lock was broken. There is no view of the castle. Nothing like the photos. Requested a refund. Did not stay here

Nothing we did not like it there it was not clean.

Nothing, Bathroom the sailing in the bathroom wasn’t great. Why is hanging down?
