No15 Castle View

One of the towels was damp and smelly, obviously from previous stay. Filthy front entrance, none of the things were as described...eg no slippers, fruit or free water. 3 small milk portions when room was meant to be for 2 people. I tried to call the host but call just kept being rejected...tried emailing but although it was by replying to host email, it came back from postmaster as unable to deliver...would not recommend this place at all.

Hard to get key out of the key safe. Massive amount of stairs to reach top floor. Horrible building and entrance. Horrible bed… only one pillow each with big redundant cushions. A kettle with no plug socket. As basic as it gets.

Room and beds were clean. Water and soft drinks supplied was a nice bonus.

66 steps to climb to get to room on 3rd floor- not specified on booking. Only part of a ceiling in the bathroom. Huge gap exposing the attic space. No heating or hot water control in bedroom-had to go to separate shared kitchen. One of our party was elderly so the stairs were a challenge. This should really be classed as a hostel type accommodation. More information must be given to clarify stair situation . Definitely not suitable for elderly.

Le lit était confortable. Draps propres. C était propre. Café a disposition. La responsable a ete tres reactive car pas d eau chaude.

La tele pas reussi a voir un film et meme le lendemain plus de chaines du tout. Ce qui ne va pas c est le bruit car aucune isolation. Les poubelles pas videes . Une canette ouverte et laissee. Dans la sdb des fils électriquesen evidence au plafond avec ouverture. L aération dans la sdb fait beaucoup de bruits. Disons que il ne faut pas etre regardant.
