People have different tastes and priorities — some value certain things more, others less. For me, this apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was good and well-equipped, and overall we had a very comfortable stay. I cannot honestly give it a bad review just because one bathroom is located inside one of the bedrooms, meaning that people staying in the other bedroom need to pass through that room to access the toilet. This is not really a negative thing, but perhaps a small weakness depending on the group staying there. For us, as a family, it was absolutely not a problem. The location was perfect, and there is paid parking only 3–4 minutes away on foot. Palermo is a very dynamic city, so naturally it can be noisy at times, but that is part of the atmosphere of the city itself rather than an issue with the apartment.

Все двери и ставни деревянные, старые и не закрываются адекватно! Спать не возможно до 1:00 ночи и с 5:00 утра дикий шум с улицы и из подъезда, так как тоже деревянная дверь!(

(+): très bien situé, à distance à pied du centre historique; très bonne communication (Hôte très réactif), grande chambres

(-): ménage très superficiel; cuisine mal équipée (ok si vous planifier de manger au restaurant comme nous); petite rue, mais très bruyante le samedi soir (probablement calme la semaine), fenêtres très mal isolées; salon plus petit que l’impression donnée par les photos et en moins bon état (mériterait un rafraichissement)

Posizione ottima, in pratica in centro, tutto comodissimo. Posto veramente strategico. Michele veramente gentile, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi difficoltà, anche non inerente l appartamento,... Comodo grande con tutto il necessario...

Tamanho do apartamento, decoração, comodidades, atendimento impecável.

O horário do checkout é muito cedo.
