Peaceful Treetop Condo - 2br/2ba

-location was close to everything! -LOVED getting to see cats everytime we went outside -Very well stocked, especially the outdoor activities closet -very comfortable beds -Nice bedside tables

-I did see a few things that I think could’ve been cleaned better (tables, decorative pillows) -Dusty fans that would need to be cleaned before use -Patio door was not locking

Clean and comfortable interior. Every item you need for cooking and entertainment.

Presentation on booking.com did not mention third floor location with no elevator. That is a REAL problem for senior citizens. Had I known that. I never would have reserved it. Misled

i liked the condo

the outside of the building are dated, the stairs outside, the carpet to the condo. No elevators.

Well equipped for long stays Good amount of living space Clean, no glaring issues Hangers included in closets TV’s are smart TV’s, cable included Bed had an encasement cover

At the time of our visit the screen door was broken, and retractable kitchen faucet wouldn’t stay up. Nothing past normal wear and tear. 3rd floor… we stayed for a week and carrying up groceries, suitcases, coolers, etc was a rough start to the vacation. Wish it being on the 3rd floor was more visible other than being at the bottom of the listing description.

The condo was close to everything. Stocked very well. Everything you needed was there.

We were on the third floor. There isn’t any elevator. It was very hard to bring heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. All 3 of us have health issues. We could only use the beach 1 time. It would have been exhausting to bring chairs & very thing you need up & down 3 flights of stairs for 6 days. We booked it to enjoy the beach but were disappointed. You need to put in the description of condo no elevator. Also it says the fee to park is $20:00. When we arrived we payed $25:00. It needs to be updated. There isn’t any AC in the bedrooms. They have fans. The fans haven’t been cleaned. They are loaded with dust. We took it upon ourselves to clean the tower fans so the dust wouldn’t blow around & we could keep cool at night. We noticed the first night when we arrived.

The owner provided so many things that could be used during the stay- board games, books, beach towels, umbrellas, wagon, beach chairs, and so much more. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor pool and loved finding seashells on the beach. The property was an easy drive to other attractions such as Coligny plaza and beach.

There were a lot of stairs, but I assumed that while booking since there was no mention of an elevator.

The place was great! It had everything we needed minus the iron but who needs it anyway! It was so cute and quaint not overdone just right!
