Peaceful Treetop Condo - 2br/2ba

It seemed like the owner thought of everything we could possibly need. There was a pack n play in the closet so we didn't have to reach out. There was tower fans in the bedrooms and an extra fan on the master bedroom night stand. That really helped us out. There was ice ready for us. There were just so many little things that added up. We don't get alot of time together because my husband is a over the road truck driver- staying in this apartment was a great pick for our quick getaway.

It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and equipment. We enjoyed the pools and walking to the beach.

As someone who travels to Hilton Head at least once a year, I've stayed all over the island in lots of different condos, and this one is officially at the top of my list! It was peaceful, the facilities were well maintained, and it was the cleanest place I've ever stayed by far! Loved the amenities, ability to walk to the beach front & the pool! about 1.5 miles from the airport if you're flying in. This property walks to the beachfront, specifically right next to Fish Haul Beach. The beach area is natural, but much less crowded, and still has plenty of area for you to set up for the day. Beach was not crowded. I rented a bike from Mike's Bikes (1.5 miles from the condo), and used it to get around the entire island- which is my preference whenever I go to HHI. This place is far from the main HHI attractions & Coligny Plaza area, so if you bring kids or you don't like biking, plan to drive. The ride isn't for the faint of heart ;). Highly recommend a visit to the nearby Hilton Head Island Coffee Roasters for your morning coffee. (1.5 mile walk/ride). Overall, I truly appreciated the cleanliness and how well maintained this place is. Then kitchen is nicely stocked with standard dishes/cookware, etc. I appreciated that these items were still in good repair as I like to cook for myself even on vacation & cooked 80% of my meals there. Would recommend for people looking for a truly relaxing visit. A quick note about the cats. There will be cats all over the parking lot as there's a 'cat sanctuary' that backs up to the edge of this property. There's a strict no feeding rule as you'd hope/expect. The cats are docile and don't bother people, but they are present- so just know in advance. For me, it was nothing to worry about.

The building is definitely older and the apartment felt more like a hotel than an apartment. It was missing something cozy about it.

Wonderful clean condo! Can’t wait to come back next year! The beach on the property is nice to walk and find shells but there are awesome beaches 10 minutes down the road that are good for swimming in. 10/10 wonderful place to have a family vacation.
