Condo is very nicely decorated and has the best stocked kitchen in a rental I have encountered. Having a private beach was also very nice. Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I didn't like having to pay $20 to park my car plus another $5 for the other car that brought family. The beach is actually against an inlet or bay and is very marshy. Lots of vegetation in the water so bottom is covered with that and to me, not terribly conducive for swimming in. King bed is Very Firm. Also, no mattress pad under the sheet. Queen bed seemed a bit softer and better clothed. Very near the airport so daytime hours include planes and helicopters coming and going.
