Bathrooms where actually clean

It wasn’t very clean the front was covering in rubbish the best sheets didnt look clean aswell as the pillows. The fridge also had an awful smell coming from it

Central location for what we needed

Gangs of people outside late at night bin overflowed scratches on bedroom wall near bed but you get what you pay for.

The host was very proactive when the booked property became unavailable due to an electrical fault and found us two studio apartments.

The two studio apartments were of very low standard compared to the original property booked. Being what looked like rather run down student accommodation.

Highly recommend this property. Everything was perfect.

The toilets were all clean and there was 3 of them which was convenient. The place was generally clean. Overall the decor matched. The host did respond to my communication mostly. The host reimbursed me for basic items I bought and also my deposit. There are safety locks for those who want to feel safe.

I unfortunately got this accomodation as a replacement for a double booked place elsewhere last minute with young kids in tow so was already quite stressed. The host wasn't professional in their communication and also blamed a lot of issues on their cleaner rather than taking responsibility. They also barely responded to several question at times and just 1. The quality of the place was very cheap and there was a lot of damage to the place from grimy walls, stained mattresses without proper covers, laminate flooring boards sticking out, broken fixtures. The tv didnt work properly (remote wasnt working), pans were in condition to be thrown out. There was random food left by previous tenants. There was key items missing such as washing liquid, hand wash, bin bags, bin, extra tissues etc. The host offered to reimburse the items I paid (which were only 3 handwash and 1 washing up liquid and refused to reimburse anything else), however if I had been the host, I would have bought these things myself. I understand the nature of letting for short stays can have issues for them getting items damaged and lost, however the attitude in reflection to this puts off a generally well meaning consumer, and only those with very low standards would be ok with this situation. I also dont necessarily recommend this place for young children, due to the safety locks, the cheap and breakable items in home etc. Overall the vibe of the place was lackluster, cheap and like the person running it didn't care about the place.
