Burleigh House - 3 Bed House

Good location to attend our event

We were virtually hurried out at the end of our stay

Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Good communication overall initially slow response but whatsapp communication was good and easy.

Mattress was not comfortable and very minimal linen provided.

Clean

Very sparse, no bedside table or lights, shower didn’t work properly, no mirror. Took 2 days to get deposit back

The bedrooms were a good size and there were 3 big bathrooms. The place was very clean, neat and tidy and the kitchen had good facilities. Location was a street behind the main street with lots of local shops nearby.

The setup of the property as the lounge is downstairs, the kitchen is upstairs at the end of one corridor (which has no table and chairs) and the bedroom on the other end. The corridors are cold. There is no space to work as no table and chairs in any room. The bedrooms could do with some furniture. On street Parking is only free 4:30pm to 9am (if you find a space). I stayed one day so it wasn't a problem,

Nice clean cosy apartment, walking distance to city centre and close to football ground. Cleaning items to clean up after yourself

Parking isn't free and isn't always avaliable, thankfully I arrived after 6 on a Saturday, so I didn't need to pay for parking on the opposite side of the house, it is free on Sundays. That's on the opposite side of the road the parking direct outside the house is permit holders only, there was quite a few unhappy drivers this morning as the traffic warrden was on a mission. There is only 1 frying pan to use to cook with This didn't effect our stay but feel it could have caused some issues.
