"Passable"

Was clean and the property was lovely, didn’t find any implications

Took 2 nearly 3 days to get the deposit back, send some messages which were ignored for a couples days, didn’t think I would get it back at one point. Other than that everything was okay

Very spacious, clean and minutes away from city centre. Fit for purpose in a group booking. would recommend to others staying in Leicester.

Shower took a little time to adjust to correct temperature, kept going hot then cold. Finally got the temperature consistent and was fine.

Sofa bed uncomfortable. Sofa bed not made up despite confirming 3 persons the day before our arrival. Sheets stained. Duvet very stained

"The house is ok, but the landlady doesn’t seem friendly . She hangs up the phone on me when I called her."

It’s a clean house

No bath mat, no table and chairs to eat, no refuse bags, unstable coffee table, asymmetrical headboard. The kitchen is upstairs and we had to eat downstairs. Parking is not easy.
