Burleigh House - 3 Bed House

Nice and clean property.

Tv remote didn’t work, sofa was uncomfortable

Side window. Wouldn’t lock downstairs , had to make sure we were all locked in upstairs

Great location and more spacious than originally thought.

Could have done with 6 towels for the 6 guests staying not just 1 towel on the beds.

The house was very clean and not too far from the city centre.

A few bits and pieces that need fixing. Down stairs en- suite basin waste needs replacing as it doesn't work, the sofa bed is a joke, my kids didn't even use it. One of the shower treys upstairs has a massive crack.

It was close to where we needed to be. It was really helpful having 3 toilet and shower rooms so we can get ready to leave quickly when we need to be somewhere on time. Heating in each room including the shower rooms could be controlled independently.

The fridge was switched off and closed. If you need to switch the fridge off for long periods of no use then door should be left open. No space for table to eat at and you couldn’t really use the space to sit as a family in the living room. Also no complimentary items such as carton of milk with tea, sugar, coffee, any bottles of water, soap/body wash. No spare towels or toilet paper and no iron. With the sofa bed option based on number of guests the duvet and pillow was not made up and left out to use and when found in storage it was dirty.
