Great experience. Great neighborhood and great host

The host was unresponsive when I arrived at the property, and refused to take my calls. Had to find a local person who was very kind to help call the host on my behalf. The host asked for my name and confirmation number, then told me to wait. I waited there on the street for about 30 minutes in total, only for him to tell me property was not available. He tried to gaslight me into thinking he did not confirm my booking, and decided to leave it at that, the implication being I can deal with it. I ended up cancelling last minute. The host of this place is very unprofessional and should not be on booking.com with this attitude.

Bel appartement avec toutes les commodités, proche des commerces. Merci à Mr HATEM pour son aide et sa disponibilité.

Questa struttura non è professionale , io ho confermato il soggiorno x 3 notti e all'ultimo momento mi ha detto che nn era più disponibile la camera e mi ha cambiato la destinazione a una destinazione che a booking non è presente alla fine ho dovuto cancellare e sono molto dispiaciuto.

L’appartement est plutôt bien équipé et bien décoré

L’ascenseur était en panne toute la duree de notre séjour
