Les jardins du lac 2

This is a nice little flat.

The flat is not in the area as it was indicated on the website when I reserved. The owner sent separately the link with the real location after arrival. The correct location is safe but is further that the Berges du Lac 2 and it has few shops / cafes unlike Berges Du Lac 2 area. In addition, there was no internet in the apartment. I had to insist that the owner comes and brings a router. It made us lost some sightseeing time. Finally, the apprtment where we stayed does not seem to me to have the surface indicated (80 m2). Though I cannot prove it, it seems to me that it was the half. The promised nice view was also missing. All in all, this a nice little flat in a safe area. But the owner should have indicted the real size and location.

Lac is very nice area but 20 minutes to dow town and it can be very warm there with the la k of a lot of trees

Ich möchte nur erwähnen, dass die Matratze und die Bettwäsche aufgrund der sommerlichen Hitze in Tunesien einen unangenehmen Geruch hatten, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass mit einem Austausch der Bettwäsche und mehr Liebe zum Detail der Ort absolut wunderschön und außergewöhnlich sein wird. Ich empfehle diesen Ort jedem und wünsche viel Erfolg bei der Verbesserung des Services, um den Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen! Je voudrais simplement mentionner que le matelas et les draps avaient une odeur désagréable à cause de la chaleur estivale en Tunisie, mais je suis sûr qu'avec un changement de linge de lit et une attention aux détails, l'endroit sera absolument magnifique et exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tout le monde, et je leur souhaite beaucoup de succès dans l'amélioration du service pour rendre chaque séjour inoubliable ! I just want to mention that the mattress and sheets had an unpleasant smell due to the summer heat in Tunisia, but I am confident that with a change of bedding and attention to detail, the place will be absolutely stunning and exceptional. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I wish them success in further improving the service to make every stay unforgettable! Français : Ce que je voudrais suggérer, c'est que la transpiration des clients s'accumule dans le matelas, surtout en été avec la chaleur en Tunisie. Même en couvrant le matelas avec un drap propre, l'odeur désagréable peut persister car le matelas absorbe toute cette humidité. Pour améliorer le confort, je recommande de changer le matelas ou le lit, ou de le faire sécher au soleil pour éliminer cette odeur. Cela rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable pour les futurs clients. العربية : ما أود أن أقدمه من نصيحة هو أن العرق الذي يتعرق منه الزبائن يتراكم داخل المراتب، خاصة في الصيف مع حرارة تونس. حتى لو غلفت المراتب بشرشف نظيف، فإن الرائحة غير المستحبة قد تظل موجودة لأنها تمتص كل تلك الرطوبة. لتحسين الراحة، أنصح بتغيير المراتب أو السرير، أو تعريضه للشمس ليجف ويزيل الرائحة. ذلك سيجعل التجربة أكثر راحة وسلاسة للزبائن القادمين.

The neighborhood is calm, with multiple amenities in the vicinity, ranging from drugstores, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is spacious and clean.
