"Lovely, comfortable house with friendly owners"

A really pleasant house in a leafy area of Hull. Very comfortable, stylish house. The owners are very helpful and friendly, this was our second visit and we got a warm welcome. Would happily go again.

"Lovely comfy quiet stay with a lovely host"

Lovely b n b, room was spacious and comfy, lovely bed. En suite with shower was great. It's located in the avenues in hull, a shirt walk from the bustling princess road with a great variety of shops and restaurants. It was great having the use of the tea and sitting area downstairs and the veggie breakfast was delicious

Claire was lovely and very friendly, nothing to much trouble.we had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend the Jesmond b&b. Breakfast was perfect and plenty of it, would definitely stay again.
