"Exceptional"

Apartment was exceptional. House had everything you needed. Bathrooms where a good size. 5 min walk to the Shambles in York. Area very quiet at night time.

Great location as short walk to York Minster, Shambles etc. Approx 30 min walk from railway station. Close to plenty coffee shops, restaurants etc. The property was very spacious, clean and had all you needed for a very comfortable stay.

"This property is ideally located to allow us to travel up by train and leave our car behind."

Agent met us on arrival, she was very friendly and took us into the appartment and showed us were everything was. I left a device behind and they were kind enough to find it for me and post it back to me and would not accept any payment towards the cost.

Cannot make any negative comment as property was far better than we had expected

Comfortable very clean great location, safe with entry gate. Welcome host Graeme extremely friendly helpful an great asset to Lois employer. As I know he didn’t work for city lets Every utensil you might need was there

Could do with full length mirror in hall or at least one room Double bed room had no mirror at all Apart from that nothing A bit pricey but going rate I suppose

Loved the location, easy meet and great for keys. The lady was lovely. Beds comfortable. Spotlessly clean.

It was unbearably hot. We couldn't stay in the apartment at all during the day. There was only 1 fan which was rubbish. The curtains were not black out. The sun was through the windows all day. The whole front is windows and on the 3rd floor. Really need either air con, better curtains or much better fans for each room. I wish we had booked a hotel room as the point of the apartment was for us to enjoy using it.
