Property was very secure. Could not fault the condition of apartment. Every item you would have at home was there.

I would say the rugs could prove to be a trip hazard

noisy neighbourhood, garbage collection of bottles load. Had to justify needing an extra set of towels for our group of three over a three night stay and extra toilet paper with Sharon. They were supplied after two requests.

Cleanliness, spacious, right in the middle of York, everything seemed to be within a 10 minute walk. The parking space was great to have. The meet and greet were really friendly.

Double bed in main room super uncomfortable and we had 3 terrible nights sleep. Would most definitely return if it had a more comfortable bed or at least a good mattress topper.

My bed was not comfortable but not sure about the other beds.

The warm welcome and guide around the apartment. Security of the building and the comfortable accommodation. It was like a home from home. The location is perfect and close to the centre of the city.

Two sets of keys would have been useful, because we had an occasion when one of our party had to go down to the main entrance to allow access to two other members of our party. The apartment can be used by two couples, so two sets of keys would also be useful in this case.

Very attractive apartment and excellent access to any sites of York. Quiet, but within about eight restaurants in two hundred yards.

Sitting room very comfortable and roomy. Bedroom wardrobes absolute junk. Opening one door toppled the entire unit. Shower gel poor in quality and quantity and basin soap containers in bathrooms and kitchen with little content and soap had clearly diluted. Three dish washer tablets provided for a four days stay. A number of rooms had doors that slammed on closing and required adjustment. I would have given ten out of ten for the apartment but there seems to be an approach to scrimp and save that took the edge of our stay. For a place with this quality and facilities at this cost, trying to save a couple of pounds is both irritating and unnecessary.
