"Great apartment, great location - we'll be back!"

The apartment is much bigger than we expected and so comfortable and well equipped. The location is amazing, you are literally a few steps away from everything York has to offer. A parking space within the apartment block is a huge bonus and Brian who handed our keys over was lovely and offered lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat.

There is no mirror within the master bedroom and no mirror near a plug socket other than in the second bedroom, which is a bit of an issue when you are away with two teenage daughters.

"Family break in York"

Great location and wasn't too noisy considering it was quite central. Well equipped and spacious. Very clean. Bryan who met us to pass over the keys was really friendly and helpful.

Location excellent, very central, a dozen good eating places within a 5 minute walk but surprisingly little noise at nights for such a central location (only voices from outdoor tables at the Italian restaurant just beyond the gates). More storage space than with other places in York for own foodstuffs if you wanted to cook. Very secure. Balcony to sit out with views of the top of Clifford's Tower through between roofs and tree tops so very open outlook.

We going out separately for most of most days so only having one set of keys was a bit of a facer, but in fact a bit of advance planning, the fact that my concerts had fairly fixed timings, and a bit of familiarisation with the door/gate entry phone system meant we managed very well.
