"Great location for day time and night life, definitely recommend"

Good facilities and great location, right near to st James park and for nightlife not too far from diamond strip Also hospitality was great, first time being in Newcastle didn’t know where to go, our advisor gave us great recommendations

Shower didn’t work in the main bathroom, tv remote was temperamental, one of the mattresses was on its way out as very springy

"Cold apartment, heating rubbish and water leaking through windows"

The property was in dire need of repair with poor heating, literally had to use the induction hobs to heat the place up

Location, free parking, reasonable price

I had to send a £250 deposit through bank transfer, and it took nearly 2 weeks to get it back It was not that tidy and the conditions of furniture were not good. Bit of a tacky vibe overall

Tony was friendly and cooperative always and made special arrangements for our early check-in and late checkout when it was possibletodo so. Apartment location is good and the facilities are very good.

We had an issue with the address provided by Booking.com on their website as NE1 4DP while after we arrived at this destination, Tony provided the correct address as NE1 4DL which is some distance from the former one.
