City Centre Apartment - Sleeps 6 - Open Plan

It was self catering. The apartment block was well maintained (entrance , corridors etc. Everything was clean. Our host was available by phone and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had a good central position. Good value for money especially if you had been a bigger group.

It was apparent that this property has been used as student accommodation. Furnishings were basic and quite a bit of refurbishment and repair work was required. There were no instructions as to how to work appliances so we had to continually ring the host for information. Although he was always available and very obliging it shouldn’t have been necessary. Also some tourist information might have been available.

Lovely little apartment in central location with parking. Host was very helpful and good communication.

The view was really nice from the apartment. Stayed here whilst working on a job locally

Felt the photos on the website didn't truly reflect the current state of the apartment. The toilet cistern has a large crack in the corner and looked like it might fall off at any time. The shower area was grubby and could do with a good clean or the sealant replacing. There was a shortage of cutlery and we had to eat a meal with fork and spoon as there weren't any knives. The promised Wi-Fi wasn't there but the owner did bring a dongle when asked. Just felt with a bit of TLC this could be a really nice place to stay.
