Outside area at the back needs attention. Washing line looks like a half opened Christmas tree Yard needs tidying up Mattress is old and lumpy Pillows need replacing

Felt like home. The whole place was clean though a air bnb it was like staying in a five star hotel or your own home. The kitchen has all the facilities needed for your own food and very clean. It's the first air bnb I've stayed in without feeling like I'm in a high security prison because the rest of them have cameras all over the place this one didn't which made it feel I was actually in my own home. By far one of the best air bnb I've stayed in and will definitely come back

Nothing it was slightly outside my budget however this has nothing to do with the place it's more to do with my budget. But despite that it was actually very cheap for such a nice stay.

Check in at 4, but no key available in one key safebox and wrong code on another. Host unavailable. Named rooms, apparently, but no names on doors nor on key fob. One bed in room despite request for 2. Host later messaged to say no rooms with 2 beds in house, so why is there an option for this when none available? Even booking.com could not get host to reply for nearly 2 hours after supposed check in. Unsure if the room was ours, and with booking.com's advise, we left this house to await contact by said host. Rating and opinions are based on the appalling experience and what was seen. This accommodation is like student digs, but cleaner. Host utterly unresponsive to messages via booking.com regarding parking too. 3 unanswered messages requesting parking, as per instructions. Perhaps this should have been a warning as to what level of 'service' was likely. On a final.note, this is selling itself as being in Horsell, but is actually in Woking.
