Very convenient that the car can be parked in front of the house. Easy to walk to the train station or to the shopping center.

I think a new microwave would be useful.

Location

I was surprised with all the emphasis on saving lights etc that there was no plug in the bathroom sink so lot of hot water wasted while shaving. Also having to remove shoes on entry a bit strange as if children
