"Slept well and did the job"

Very comfortable and good position

Not very clean , lounge table needed cleaning, bin in kitchen dirty, coffee machine left used pods Mirror on the floor not on wall Very silly things but noticeable but we come from a tourist area were these thing quit be acceptable

Nothing. We didn't and couldn't stay there.

The place was filthy.. We took videos of how bad it was and left. I think that Booking.com. have really let themselves down allowing someone to let out the most disgusting place I have ever seen.

I’m so glad I found this place it was perfect clean, comfortable everything you need with little extras for an amazing stay it is literally 52 meters from the beach and 5 minutes away from Bognor town I met with the owner what a lovely guy

Lovely location right by the beach.

Pillows... lots of flat or bumpy pillows to choose from... not very comfortable. New pillows would make a great difference to the guests' stay.
