The location and the views. Beds were comfortable.

Parts being dirty. Clumps of hair on the lounge floor near lamp. Footstool dirty with crumbs over it. Blue velour chair covered in crumbs and hair. Noise constantly coming through the windows. Bedroom window howling keeping us awake. No WiFi. Barely any tv signal in lounge. TVs in bedrooms didn’t work because of no aerial. Lounge patio door doesn’t shut properly. No wardrobes in 2 of the bedrooms. The shower door in the en-suite doesn’t stay shut while showering. The towels were really small so wished I’d taken my own. No tea towel or dishwasher tablets. I reported the wifi not working and was told by a member of staff that she would reach out to the team to see if there was an alternative. This never happened! It’s a real shame because the property is in a brilliant location with wonderful views. It needs some TLC and a few extras, especially wardrobes and wifi and tv’s that work!

Location was amazing. Correspondence was excellent. Such a comfortable apartment.

A dressing table area somewhere in the apartment would be good.

Apartment is beautiful, the view of the Princes Dock waterfront is spectacular, the facilities and bedrooms are wonderful 10/10 experience
