I felt all the springs of sofa beds, so I got back pain, which made hard time during travel. I found some dirty and oil stained dishes on the shelves. Washer didn't work. Not noticed in advance. Mosquitos and some bugs were horrible like bugs' den. Basically, cleaning condition is soso terrible!!!lllllll It's almost a scam to get $180 for a house in this awful condition.

Good location, the neighborhood felt safe, doesn’t hurt that the police station is only doors away. Good communication, very responsive. Bathroom was very clean. Extra linens provided. Toiletries were available.

We rented the basement , narrow stairs can be challenging. Electronic door lock problematic. Listing says parking available, it fails to say it’s only one spot. Parking on the street was fine although constantly concerned about being ticketed, luckily we weren’t. Basement unit did not have separate thermostat, but host did check if temperature was comfortable for us.

The locks are a little bit complicated. But I guess it’s easier/safer for the host.

I like le the area. The amenities and the place itself.

Our only issue was that the washer didn’t work. We tried it and left us with wet clothes not washed . Also the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. We could not sleep well and woke up with a terrible body ache.

It was big enough for 15 family members. We rented both the main house and bottom apt. It was very clean and the property is in a nice location. This is the first property that we have stayed at that charges a cleaning fee and you are not expected to clean. You can leave the property as you would when you check out of a hotel room. Thanks again for allowing us to check in early.

The access is not very good, very narrow for the stroller although i could leave it at the backyard. I could not control the AC

Bed comfy, streaming

Dirty dishes, ripped towels, stained broken chairs,very bad communication about how the parking worked, which was basically just ignore all the street signs. Down narrow filthy staircase. When I said this parking situation was problematic I got a bad attitude text at midnight.

The property was very clean. Had all the items we needed for our stay and then some. We stayed in the basement unit and it was great. Plenty of windows for natural light. We were only 2 people but it could accommodate more but it may be small . The location and price were the best part. I can’t stress enough from this location you can go anywhere in less than an hour. Baltimore, Annapolis, Alexandria. Downtown DC and the Mall with all the sites and museums is minutes away. The metro stop is close and inexpensive.

The furnishings were a little dated but for the price it is great value.

The owner tries to get an extra hard time even after we follow all check-out instructions which was not mentioned at the time of booking! For check-in there were problems because her cleaner had an accident as she said, the second cleaner was in a car accident too... we got the code from the door at 5 AM but we were allowed to get in only around 3pm, cleaners show up.
