Very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

The WiFi was poor

The aesthetic was beautiful. The lodge itself is outstanding to look at. Besides a few broken tiles which you can expect.

The WiFi was absolutley atrocious. Considering the 3 tvs provided are all WiFi tv's, they're unusable. Travelling as a family, this caused some issues as we had literally nothing to do in the evenings. Movie nights were an absolute write off.

Cabin was very spacious and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The site was lovely, very well kept and with lots of wildlife which the children loved.

Hot tub lid was broken. Bathroom sink didn't drain well - we ended up using kitchen sink to clean our teeth. We found a pair of old socks under the livingroom couch. Even with these little issues we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent lodge, clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Beds very comfortable and slept well. Prosecco on arrival nice touch. Hot tub an excellent add on and this was checked daily. Overall excellent lodge and would recommend

Minor point is lack of outside seating and no direct access to hot tub so have to go out front and round side to access it. However, it is in a quiet location and was fenced off once in hot tub.

It was absolutely gorgeous, very warm, welcoming and comfortable.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Stunning log cabin. Had the best time here with family for my sons 21st. We love felmoor park and have stayed many times. But this lodge definitely had the wow factor! Hot tub was huge we all loved it! Was gutted to be leaving today 😢. Will definitely book again if we get the chance. Thank you for best few days away! 😊

Nothing everything was spot on.

A little tired in places just like anyone's used home!(cracked floor tiles/kitchen kick board )but still a nice stay

WiFi useless take a pen drive with some films at night for kids etc.. as it's a shared signal and dies at peak times and renders TVs useless..

Spacious and clean with very comfortable beds and good quality bedding.

Awful WiFi and TV reception. Great, large smart TVs in every room but hopeless streaming quality makes them effectively unusable. It’s fine to have an off grid escape but this isn’t advertised as such and that’s an issue when you are expecting and paying for the facilities advertised. Cabin is in a corner of the holiday park which is fairly spartan with static caravans on concrete plots and no planting or fences. Feels a bit barren and unsightly. Loose tiles in shower room.
