The hallway was dirty with food on floor, stains on walls. Apartment filthy, floors sticky, furniture broken, kitchen counters have chunks cut out of them. Door to apartment had been kicked in, rudimentary repair using wood glue - not secure. Overwhelming smell of must. We felt unsafe and could not sleep and booked in to alternative accommodation at our own expense. Agent agreed to request refund from landlord but has not reverted as agreed, not replied to follow up message.

Inconsistent and at times patronising communication. Details for check in had to be chased as did the return of the security deposit. Apartment was tired. Communal areas smelt bad. One shower didn’t have hot water the other one was in a cupboard.

Would’ve liked some cleaning materials toilet bleach etc for the stay :)
