3 Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Newcastle - Modern - Sleeps 6

Location is central. Spacious. Good water pressure in the shower ;)

Check-in was confusing. The host asked for a £250 deposit, which I’ve never been asked for before through Booking.com. I refused, and he then asked to see my driver’s licence, which I sent via WhatsApp. He later called back to say check-in was fine because I was “old and wouldn’t be having any parties.” I replied that I’m 42, and he said, “you know what I mean.” After that, the check-in code was sent and we got in straight away. On entry, the staircase carpet was filthy, with visible stains across all floors, and the walls were badly marked and in need of painting. The same goes for the apartment itself - it looks like it’s hosted a lot of parties, but very little effort has been made to keep it to a certain standard.

Very close to the city centre which is ideal for any night out and the host is top top any requests or question were awnsered straight away very good

3bedrooms a shower room, exerlent size, a bathroom and toilet with a shower over bath, all in excellent value for money.

The stairs hard for me personally .Made up for the location

Didn’t like being sent a message 1 hr before check in asking for a £250 deposit to be paid before any details of entry were supplied, then had to wait over 2 weeks for a refund after requesting it. Upon arrival we found that a blind/ curtains were missing from 1 of the bedrooms and a light switch wasn’t working, but in fairness after it was reported the light switch wasn’t working fixed and a temporary bed sheet put up to window. There was no supplies left in property such as tea bags, coffee or shower gels etc. The shower was stone cold despite over 20 mins of trying everything to get a bit of warm water to come out. The general decor and upkeep of property very poor.

It is central.

Blood on the sheets. Stains on the towels ! Not small ones. The entrance to the property is filthy! Door way and the whole stairway ! Front door and main door not secure has been bumped in a few times ! You might want to check the toilet in the apartment I stayed in ! considering the whole things lifts off the floor and the cupboard shower you class as a second bathroom come on !

Tony went out if his way to help accommodate our group, and was on hand for any issues that we had. He was contactable throughout with any issues we had and went over and above to help us.

There were a couple of small areas which maybe had been missed during changeover, and the shower had a slight issue, but this was easily sorted.

Location was good, size of property with multiple showers. Separate beds for the majority of the bedrooms. Living room / kitchen was great size. TV with full accompaniment of film platforms to watch films on.

The circulation areas were a bit smelly with animal faecal matter being present when we arrived, this was later cleaned up but smell remained. The accommodation was very warm and we could of done with more Fans for the property to help with air circulation.
