ESTuve que dejar una fianza de 250€ y luego para recuperarla tuve que amenazar con denuncia de la policía tengo vídeo , fotos y conversaciones por whats para demostrar . También tuve la mala experiencia de que tuve que entrar a 4 apartamentos del inmueble para encontrar este limpio y para finalizar tuve una picadura de araña en el apartamento que casi me dejan hospitalizada tengo los partes médicos y fotos de la evolución
GBWe loved our stay here! Came as a group for a 40th Birthday across two apartments. We were in two across the hallway from each other. Communication was brilliant. Location was absolutely spot on! Apartments are clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.
Literally the only thing to complain about was not enough toilet paper (we had to go out and buy some) and a dead pigeon on the outside windowsill.

GBGreat location, right in the heart of Newcastle. Apartment has everything for your basic needs and was very clean. The host was easy to speak too and very accommodating. There’s a bit of noise from outside (you’re in the centre, it’s expected), but as long as you shut both sets of windows it’s not really noticeable.
We did have to chase for the door entry code and to get our deposit back, but Tony did both as soon as I chased. Just note they do need to keep your deposit for the full 10-14 days and cannot return it sooner. And you do need to provide a copy of your id for security, but it only needs to show your name and a photo of you, you can blank out all other details.

IEThe location could not be better for what we wanted, it was right in the heart of the city beside some great bars and restaurants! We were there for the weekend and it was buzzing and lively and all we had to do was walk outside to be right in the action. Our host Tony was available on WhatsApp and answered all of our questions and gave us some excellent recommendations. The apartment itself was comfortable and cozy.
It was a little noisy at night, but fine once the windows were closed.
