Very poor communication effort by the property owner - Pasha (Lucky for all other guests who were handled by Tony) On the day of check in, the property owner did not inform the detail address and the check in instruction at all. By 9pm, the property owner texted that the apartment is readied for checked in, but still did not provide the detail address and instructions. Then I remembered from some of the reviews said the entrance of the apartment is in the hidden alley a dirty place with a lot of trash. So in the end, for the safety for my family, we decided not to go the apartment. Sadly the Booking.com could not help with the communication problem with the property owner either.

IEWe did not stay in the property advertised. We were contacted after paying a security deposit, to say that the apartment was not inhabitable and we were moved to an apartment further out of the city centre. This was done less than an hour before we were due to leave for the airport and it was impossible for us to organise alternative accommodation.
The property provided was in a poor state of repair and was not that advertised on the site. Light bulbs needed replacing, the kitchen tap was leaking. A window would not close and it faced a busy road. There wasn’t any soap in the apartment.

Entrance I was in a hidden alley a dirty place with a lot of trash. They say they are arriving to help with check-in, but they never arrive, and when they do arrive they offer a different place than what you see in the photo. I tried to cancel in every way and I couldn't.
