Modern 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments near Queens University Belfast by MonoStays

Well furnished, the bed was comfortable. Staff were prompt to answer any questions. About a mile from the centre but more affordable than some. A bottle of wine and water was nice to come back to.

The bathroom could do with updating. Most areas appeared clean but splash backs, kitchen cupboard doors and inside drawers needed much more attention. Initial check out instructions said 10am but then a message from the host prior to checking in said 11am so we had changed our plans only to see an message the morning of checkout to say it was 10am so that was a little annoying.

The apartment was small but nice.

It is two week of my stay already and they haven't returned my deposit . I have been texting aboit that but they do not reply. I just would like my deposit back.

It was in a great location, perfect for a group of 4 people, very clean and had everything we needed.

A fairly good stay in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. On the first evening, however, we had issues with the boiler and no hot water. When staying in an apartment like this, it’s frustrating that no one is reachable at such times. The next morning, they did address the problem, but still, spending your first night without a shower right after arrival is far from ideal.

Unfortunately, it’s not ideal to have no air conditioning during very hot days (also in a not so warm region like this). Air conditioning is a real plus when you want to warm up a bit or cool down quickly. There were also some cobwebs and dust, particularly in the corners near the ceiling. Not exactly pleasant. A thorough cleaning would be a nice touch for the comfort of the next guests. That’s perhaps the only downside. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
