It was very clean & comfortable, and just right for us as a family with our black Labrador dog. Comfy beds Good value, and free parking, spacious property plenty of room for 4 adults and a large dog. It was within a good distance to the city centre.

It would be good to move to bed out of the pool room so it’s easier to play pool .

Not knowing about the free parking The door entry system was a nightmare to work The furnishings were tired and broken. Fake books on the shelves Broken cupboard doors in the kitchen Lumpy mattresses Our guests had to walk through our bedroom at night to get to the bathroom Smelled a little damp
