It was in a good location and had all facilities we needed with cleaning products as well

Upon arrival on a street that I can only explain as the bronx, we parked up and a neighbour came straight out threatening us verbally and with his dogs because he said he needed the space outside his house (there was no designated parking) after alot of abuse from the neighbour we entered the property which was dated. The flooring wasn't the best, and the description of the amenities was far from accurate. The bathroom has to be accessed through a bedroom so other guests would have to pass through that room to use it. The decoration needs tidying up as the walls were messy, the work surfaces where damaged and there was cracks on the walls. There is no hot tub, dryer, dishwasher, bbq facilities, games or play area for children and only a dirty yard. The neighbours carried on their dispute over parking by constantly banging on the door and window to the point we had to call the police. This was very upsetting to the children aswell as the adults and we didn't feel safe so we left to go to a hotel after only a few hours. The owner was apologetic about the neighbours but has completely ignored my message for some compensation as we didnt stay at the property. Do not recommend this property to families especially those with cars.

Only good thing was the location. 5-10 min walk to the co-op arena for event we were attending

Everything. The reality is far from the photos provided by the booking. The area is run down street overlooking barren waste ground. We couldn’t get in property for 15mins as door code wouldn’t work due to key pad being worn away. We had to contact landlord to try solve issue which we eventually did but were very cautious if we would be locked out again on returning to property later in evening. (We weren’t!) Inside the place was run down with lots of areas needing work. Banister had been replaced with planks of wood, one not even attached properly. Fridge was in living room, not shown in photos as this. The kitchen was very basic. No coffee maker etc as stated. Washing was still in washing machine! Looked like sheets and towels from previous stay?? Definitely NO HOT TUB!! The back yard was a health hazard with waste dumped everywhere. Unusable. Water ran down outside of waste pipe when using bathroom. Had to go through one of bedrooms to access bathroom so for other couple not ideal. This not mentioned either in description online. TV in front bedroom socket not working. Couldn’t move it as attached to wall. Several light bills either missing or not working around the rooms. I could go on and on. I have photo evidence of everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Instead avoid at all costs. If we could have found somewhere else at such short notice we would have not stayed there. The only good thing being locality to the co-op arena loads more photos but no room to add more

Great location just out of the centre , was perfect was what we needed! Pool table was a nice extra touch - would keep this place in mind if ever needed to stay in manchester again!
