"Great location for the Arena but not somewhere to linger"

Location proximity to the arena is excellent - can't fault that and we were able to park outside. The towels were clean.

Worried the wiring is dangerous - the lounge light flickered on/off when someone walked in the bedroom above. There's large sections of floors which are trip hazards (I presume there's been a leak or something as large sections of the floor had been removed then screwed back down (badly).

"Easy and convenient check-in and check-out process"

Great location and includes parking which is very handy. Taxi into town was very cheap and buses are also available. Would happily stay again for any future events at Manchester!

Nothing comes to mind, it was perfect for a quick overnight stay to attend a concert at AO arena.

"Big scamer"

Very unprofessional and rude owner, didn't respond on the contacts details he provided. I went to the property and he already someone else is staying there and charged me as well. He is a big scam. Do not book his place

He knows how to play with system Do not recommend his place.
