Long walk down to apartment ( was not explained on booking ) and had to carry lot of our belongings Place was mouldy , and damp smell Place was riddled with large big black ants upstairs and hundreds of large big black spiders downstairs- that we could not use the upstairs to sit on the couches or eat on the tables and could not sleep peacefully in the downstairs bedroom because of the spiders crawling all over the place When we told the host - instead of apologising and compensating us for our only one day getaway that my wife and I get to have once a year - to rest from our 10 kids, The host rather gave some ridiculous excuse about experiments done at the local university and nothing in compensation !!!! Ridiculous excuse - and even worse his excuse implies he knew of the problems before hand and did not give working on the description of the property . The price asked for was a rip off for the poor quality of the property !!! I not only would not stay there again, I would warn anyone else who is unlucky to be deformed by their dishonest advertising and stay in such a place at such a rip off price!

Everything was perfect as advertised

The unit did not come with firewood for the fireplace and and by there was nowhere to buy firewood inside the estate it would have been awesome if it was known that we had to come with our own firewood

Peace and quiet

Doesn’t have a tv and the house keeper was not nice and not always available for emergencies

Stairs, bedroom setup not functional. Bedroom smelled like mould. Poor ventilation. Recommend the doors to be changed to same doors as upstairs. Tree branches on roof.
