Nantahala Nook, cabin w/hot tub,game room, & wifi

The house was beautiful and stocked better than anywhere I've stayed.

The cabin had everything we could possibly want, & then some. The view was gorgeous, the cabin was quiet & reasonably isolated, & the whole place was just awesome. We spent most of the time on the porch watching the mountains. I will be staying there again, asap.

My friend said the bottom bed of the bunk beds wasn't very comfortable (too soft?), but it might be perfect for someone else. The roads up to the cabin are wild & it's fairly easy to get lost, but we got there & back again.

The mountain view and hot tub was amazing!

The sink leaks in the kitchen and makes the game room ceiling leak.

The master shower is awesome! A very peaceful spot—we enjoyed grilling and sitting on the porch. We walked our dogs down the driveway and saw a lot of wildlife: deer, a turkey and her babies, something like a muskrat, and so many birds! No bears, thankfully. Also, the view is beautiful.

Beautiful place clean and spacious will be back

I like the cabin, everything in it was clean nice view. Comfortable. As it says in the booking. But on our only full day, the power went out, which made us have to cancel our plans Because we were unable to get ready or use any of the amenities that the cabin was booked for. When mentioned to the property owner. Was kind of met with a smart remark on why we wasn't able to continue with our plans because of the power being out, and how she couldn't predict that. After paying that much money, I don't see how you can't see why that would affect the trip.When you're not able to use the amenities described in the description, and your on vacation with your mom. With that being said we are single women on vacation were not going to go out looking like bumbs if we wanted to do that, we would have stayed at home. Wouldn't have cost us a penny.

The response we got about the power outage. Not being able to use the amenities are continue with our plans because of it.

The location was very secluded and the house was comfortable and very well stocked. The hot tub was very clean and nice. The kids enjoyed the game room. The living area furnishings were comfortable for tv and movie watching.

When we arrived, the house was not accessible. We had to wait 1.5 hours for someone to arrive and let us in. The mattress in the queen bedroom has a large dip in the middle (perfect for a single person but not so great for two people).

I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. The house is gorgeous… and simple.

The drive to the house is a little tricky! The suspense to get to the top and see it is worth the challenge!
